NOTRE DAME, Ind. - Saint Mary's College Soccer announced their 2026 schedule on Tuesday. The Belles head into their fifth season under the direction of Head Coach Farkhod Kurbonov.

Saint Mary's will kick off the season on the road on September 1 as they travel to University Park, IL to take on Governors State University. They then return home for their home opener on September 3 as they host city rival Indiana University-South Bend with a 7pm kickoff from the Purcell Athletic Fields.

The Belles head back on the road on September 5 to take on Earlham College before back-to-back home matches on September 9 and 12. They host Anderson University for an evening kickoff on the 9th before welcoming in Franklin College on the 12th for a mid-day kickoff.

They then head on the road to Wheaton, IL to take on Wheaton College on September 16 before hosting Lake Forest College on September 25. The Belles then kick off MIAA play on September 30 when they host Hope College. 

Saint Mary's will head on the road for back-to-back MIAA matches, starting on October 3 when they travel to Calvin University. They then head to the University of Olivet on October 6. The Belles return home for back-to-back matches on October 10 when they host Trine University and October 14 hosting Alma College.

The Belles hit the road for their final two road trips on October 17 and 20 as they head to Adrian College and Kalamazoo College. They then return home for their final non-conference matchup as they host Alverno College on October 24 before closing out the regular season hosting Albion College on October 28.

Saint Mary's finished 2025 with an 8-5-3 overall record and a 2-5-1 MIAA record, finishing seventh in the conference.

The Belles return 14 players from the 2025 campaign, led by sophomore goalscorer and All-MIAA Second Team member Mia Johnson (Mission Viejo, CA). The Belles return one graduate student-athlete in Ava Slater (Fort Wayne, IN) while also bringing back three seniors in Brooke Baumann (Bartlett, IL), Claire Keely (Acworth, GA), and Layne Ridderman (Augusta, MI). The four are joined by juniors Keona Caraballo (Parma, OH), Kalle Damian (Barrigada, Guam), Danielle Escobedo (Yorba Linda, CA), Isabella Kreydich (Tinley Park, IL), and Kayla O'Neal (Carlsbad, CA). Johnson is joined by her sophomore classmates Shea Kelly (Charleston, SC), Meghan Krayer (Hinsdale, IL), Bella Musachio (Rochester Hills, MI), and Kayla Toman (Frankfort, IL).

Saint Mary's will also welcome nine newcomers to the program including transfer Maggie Soehnlen who joins the program from Division II Slippery Rock University. They bring in eight first-year student-athletes including two from Indiana in Elizabeth Prager from Fort Wayne and Piper Thomas from Osceola. They also bring in two players from Ohio in Maya Florendo from Oakwood and Ainsley Johnson from Cincinnati. They will be joined by twins Chloe and Isabella Knese from St. Louis, MO while the Belles also bring in Lily Houle from Mount Vernon, IL and Lily Larimer from Pittsford, NY.
