BRIGHTON, Mich. - Saint Mary's College's eight Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association-sponsored programs earned the MIAA TEAM GPA Award for the 2025-26 academic year, the league announced on Monday. This is the third straight year that all eight programs have been honored.
 
The MIAA Team GPA Award is presented to conference athletic teams that achieve a 3.30 or better grade point average for an academic year. Grade point averages are calculated at the end of the academic year. The eight Saint Mary's programs were amongst a record 137 MIAA-sponsored programs to earn the award.
 
The Belles had four programs achieve a 3.60 or better while Belles Cross Country tallied the second highest GPA among all programs and were one of just three with above a 3.80. Belles Softball, Tennis, and Golf joined them above the 3.60 threshold.
