GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Saint Mary's College Cross Country earned a team victory at the Grand Rapids Community College Raider Invitational on Friday. This is the program's first team victory since 2013 at the Manchester Invitational.
The Belles would have 11 top 20 finishers along with six top 10 finishers. Of the six, three finished inside the top five.
Junior Jordan Siminski (Crown Point, IN) would lead the Belles with a second place finish with a time of 19:39.7. The time was a new personal record for the junior. Junior Savannah Paulson (Carmel, IN) would finish close behind in third place with a time of 19:53.9 while junior Cecilia Conrad (Norton Shores, MI) would finish in fourth with a time of 20:06.3.
Sophomore Allie Glendening (Berrien Springs, MI) would come in sixth place with a time of 20:29.3 while senior Isabelle Auch (Montague, MI) would finish closely behind in seventh with a time of 20:31.8. Freshman Katelyn Huber would round out the top ten finishers for the Belles with an eighth place finish and a time of 20:37.
Freshman Mary Caroline George would finish just outside the top ten in 11th place with a time of 21:03. Senior Mary Weber (Naperville, IL) and freshman Sarah Couri (Germantown Hills, IL) followed closely behind in 12th and 13th with times of 21:07.2 and 21:27.7 respectively. Freshman Megan McClain (Chicago, IL) would finish in 16th with a time of 21:36.4 while junior Anna Scannell (Cedar Falls, IA) would round out the top 20 finishers for Saint Mary's with a time of 22:24.7.
Freshman Greta Duke (Shelbyville, IL) and junior Josie DeWine (Yellow Springs, OH) would round out the competitors for the Belles with times of 23:03.8 and 23:04.2 respectively.

Saint Mary's will be back in action on September 20 as they compete in the Gil Dodds Invitational hosted by Wheaton College at the St. James Farm Forest Preserve in Warrenville, Illinois.
