OBERLIN, Ohio. - Saint Mary's College Cross Country closed out the regular season with a 13th place finish at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble on Saturday.
A trio of juniors led Saint Mary's with sub-25 minute times as Savanna Paulson (Carmel, IN) led the team with a 24:06.5. Cecilia Conrad (Norton Shores, MI) and Jordan Siminski (Crown Point, IN) followed Paulson with times of 24:30.5 and 24:35.8 respectively. This was a season best 6k time for all three.
A trio of freshmen would follow the three juniors as Jackie Clemente (Richmond, IN) finished with a time of 25:08.9. Katelyn Huber (Portland, OR) and Mary Caroline George (Louisville, KY) finished close behind with times of 25:13.4 and 25:18.9. Clemente and George each set collegiate best 6k times.
Sophomore Allie Glendening (Berrien Springs, MI) finished close behind the three freshmen with a time of 25:21.6. Seniors Mary Weber (Naperville, IL) and Isabella Auch (Montague, MI) followed each other closely as Weber finished with a time of 25:38.1 and Auch with a time of 25:40.1. Freshman Sarah Couri (Germantown Hills, IL) rounded out the competitors for the Belles with a time of 25:45.4. Couri's time was a new collegiate best in the 6k.Â

Saint Mary's prepares for postseason competition as they head to Charlotte, MI for the MIAA Championships on November 1. The Belles then head back south to Louisville, KY for the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional on November 15.
