NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Saint Mary's College STUNT saw their season come to a close after an incredible run to the STUNT National Semi Finals, falling to George Fox University 24-16. The Belles close the season with a 13-14 overall record while the Bruins improved to 12-6.

Both teams started strong in the first quarter. The two would split a point in round one off of routine three before Saint Mary's took the win, within two deductions, on routine one in round two. George Fox bounced back with a win, within two deductions, of their own in round three to tie the score before no points were scored in round four. The teams went into the first break tied 4-4.

The Belles came out hot in the pyramids and tosses quarter, taking wins in the first two rounds. The Belles would take an overall win in round one on routine two before earning a win in round two, within two deductions, on routine four. No points would be awarded in the final two rounds, giving Saint Mary's a 7-5 lead heading into halftime.

Coming out of the halftime break, George Fox was strong, taking a win in all four rounds of quarter three. The Belles pulled back three points in the quarter as the Bruins took rounds one, two, and three within two deductions to take a 12-10 lead into the final quarter.

While Saint Mary's took a point in each segment of round one in quarter four, George Fox won the round with a score of 5-3 to extend their lead. The Bruins would then take the final two rounds of the match, outscoring the Belles 7-3, to close out their 24-16 win and advance to the national championship.
