Emma Kealy (Hudson, OH) was named MIAA Player of the Week after leading the Belles to a 2-0 start in dual matches.

Kealy went 4-0 on the weekend in matches against Indiana University East and Anderson University on Friday, leading the Belles to back-to-back 7-0 victories.

In the matchup against IU East, Kealy and doubles partner sophomore
Shannon Dudy (Glenview, IL) took down their opponent at the number one doubles match, 6-1. Kealy then followed up the win with a dominant 6-0 6-2 win at the number one singles match.

She followed the first match with a quick 6-2 win along Dudy at the number one doubles against Anderson. Kealy stayed undefeated on the day with an easy 6-0 6-2 win at the number one singles.

Kealy outscored her opponents 36-7 enroot to a 4-0 record on the weekend while the Belles start 2-0 on the season.
