ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. - The Saint Mary's tennis team earned a strong 8-1 win over Franciscan after a weather-delayed start on Monday in Florida.
 
 
Demblans-Dechans did not drop a game en route to a 6-0, 6-0 win at six singles. Chamberlin shouldered a tough 6-2, 6-0 setback at one singles, but 
Leah Hosang clinched the win with a 6-2, 6-1 decision at four singles. 
Kathleen McLeod had a gritty 6-1, 6-4 win at five singles. 
Emma Kealy battled all the way back from an early deficit as the freshman flipped the result in an 0-6, 6-0, 6-2 win at three singles. 
Alayna Campbell capped off the official results with a 6-2, 6-3 win at two singles for the Belles.
 
 
 
The Belles (5-0) are back on the court tomorrow morning as they face off against Carthage at 9:00 a.m. EDT in Florida.
